"I've been a customer of this office for over 15 years. I had to move my policy to another office. I called and spoke to John which he told me they were unable and did not know how to move my policy. I contacted corporate and was given an email to move my policy to another office. To this day my policy is still in his office with zero help . This has been going on for over a year now. They are unwilling to help and are keeping my policy at their office. If my policy isn't moved to the office I want by the end of this week I'm going to contact BBB. You would think after everything I've done to get this policy moved that it would be fixed by now. I'm enraged at this point. Never trust this office."
